Try dried tart cherries in chicken salad…adds some sparkle to the otherwise kinda blah chicken with mayo vibe.

It is difficult to expand your palate when working in a monochrome medium?

Have a Whopper while you try to figure it out.

All those years you spent not knowing that an eclectic salad can be quite tasty…It’s a journey, and we don’t where we’ll end up. It’s fun, though.

The salad sounds yummy good.

Aw, sorry Amanda :-( You’ve now stepped into the (drum roll……) SALAD SIDE! OMG! I too was once an innocent by stander to a brutal salad attack. There I was, innocent and full of fast food. It was quietly waiting for me, crouched in a corner of the store produce shelves just waiting to pounce. Oh the horrors!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, must be finally feeling better from the COVID attack which also felled me last week. You really don’t want to know the horrors of THAT one.

Planning on a salad today for lunch. Will remember slivered almonds and dried fruit and crispy doo-dads. MMMMM doo-dads.

When I make a salad I load it up with as much stuff as I can. Lettuce, onion, bell pepper avocado,cheese, and hard boiled eggs. And like Teto85, crispy doo-dads.

You gotta take a little of everything to get your money’s worth at those bars!

Fruit in salad that isn’t fruit salad is an abomination although some call it merely a crime against nature. Sugar coated nuts too.

Ha ha! My younger self would disown me, because now I LOVE brussels sprouts!
