There’s a former office building near me which was reputedly designed to be converted into retirement units when it reached end of life as an office, and apparently the rumours were true because it’s a retirement village now.
The only problem with old hospitals is that they often become a seedbed of staph infections. And rhat is despite all of the work and effort to keep the places sanitary.
