I love a happy ending.
I’d be okay the villain just fell asleep and never woke up. Don’t wanna be cruel, just don’t wanna mess with the villain anymore.
Good point. Most, if not all, children’s books don’t mention what happens to the “Villain”.
The evil step-mother saw the error of her ways. She threw them an elaborate wedding that fed & employed all the peasants.
So – inflation, gas prices, illegal aliens trespassing, and product shortages all went down? Now THAT would be a happy ending!
