Maybe, as someone suggested, Andy will take up computer programming and we’ll have many a laugh as he tries to explain to Flo early vs. late binding in MS Office Automation. And, when at the pub he and Chalkie discuss random quantum systems, we’ll flash back to Numbers and ROTFL.

But, then, who knows what goes on in the Minds of cartoonists.

Does anyone remember the Danny O’Keefe song about Andy? This change is beginning to get me trying too remember it.

REst easy gang, this is obviously going to be like that episode in Dallas where Pam wakes up and says she has had the most horrible dream. (For this that don’t know, she died in the series and they brought the character back by making everything for the last year or so a dream.)

At the rate he’s going, it won’t be long before he inspires others to follow his example.A month ago, that would have been a terrible thought…

Maybe as a tribute to Reg who created the strip. Maybe his family still owns the rights to the strip and want it done that way. Maybe most people read the strip and not the masthead.

…oh, now you want him riding the ponies instead of betting on them, too? I personally can’t wait for him to go back to pickling himself….

Most folks start studying for a drug test about 6 weeks out.Me, I never have to study for that one. I just keep hoping they don’t test for stupidity.

Or for Andy’s game of darts.

It’s been the same old stuff for quite a while, maybe a new direction is what we need.Having read this strip for a long time it was pretty much the same basic idea every day. Still love Andy though.

When it comes to snooker, you’ve got to admire Andy’s ‘stick’-to-it-enss!

I am glad to see you and #6 back if it is only for a day. You both add so much to the strip. I enjoy your posts, pictures and information immensely.

Flo should take advantage of this and get Andy out there to tend the garden.

What happened to the woman-chasing Andy? I don’t remember the last time I saw him.
