    Wish I was a famous pom so I could go trotting around the world courtesy of the BBC to see where my roots came from. Sadly, I think I would have an ancestry like Andy. At least I’d be happy!!

    In England, the Tax Records are better arranged.

    Birth & Death Records are the province of Hundreds of tiny little parish Churches and are, for the most part, Not well indexed..But, they have Tax Records that go back over 1000 Years in some places..They Never lose track of the Money…
