@Number Three Today’s strip is more narrative than funny , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is sober for a change and is just inquisitive why Jack chucked Nobby Clark , a paying customer out , just because he was calling people nasty names :o) right ? my avatar today reminds me that it was on a Sunday , the 25th September 2017 that I stopped smoking or wanted to a cigarette , just with the money I saved I could have bought a new car , How was your day? ours should be calm with no Sunday morning drive or errands to run , just chill , take care chum

Those insults currently rate as polite conversation in American politics.

I knew the great Nobby Clark, He was anything but insulting.

“Someone once said, ‘Makin’ fun o’ someone’s peculiar features was as low as one could stoop.’

‘is name escapes me but ’e was a short stumpy fella wi’ ears like jug ’andles!"

And yet everybody seems to blame the younger generation for making insulting remarks to one another.

This “Nobby” doesn’t look young. People any age can be jerks. Even OAPs.

Let that sink in.

Yesterday, I saw my 2 little cousins. My face was literally sore from smiling and grinning at the youngest one all the time. The oldest one was on his X-Box so didn’t see him very much.

This might not be a big deal to some but I became a blood donor 7 years ago today. I’m booked for next month. Where has the time gone?

I think the World would be a much better place without mean, nasty jerks like Nobby. I’ve dealt with people like him far too often
