first of all the cop did not read her her rights second she was not handcufed and thirdly he needs to find out her name age and contact her parents to informer them where she is, when he does the third the FBI will be there faster then he can blink and so will Mr. Warbucks and he will sue everyone of them and win.

What a lovely demonstration of prejudice (literally pre-judging) someone based not on facts but on what you expect/want to see.

Wow, just seeing a kid enables Farmer Brown to know she’s from the kid gang. How doe she do it? Must be all the inbreeding.

He doesn’t have to read any rights, since he’s not arresting her. A cop can legally hold someone uncharged for 72 hours. He’s calling county to deal with everything then. in the meantime, she was trespassing (accident or not). He also has probable cause to suspect her, so holding her overnight’s not wrong. A cop can even put a drunk in the cell for the night without any real charges. Public safety and what not.
