Gene: We decided sitting in lawn chairs watching cars go by wouldn't be very productive! Mary Lou: Maybe we were wrong! Maybe something in between a full-service restaurant and a tent! Gene: With t-shirts? Mary Lou: You are SO easy!
Sounds like a plan….Doing something a little differently sometimes works out big time…Niche marketing…Might want to start making some wine, too….Build that up as a side line…..Anyway, rethinking is always a good idea….How hard is it to make home made corn dogs?…people love corn dogs….And pies….People love unique home made pies…Most people don’t know where Good Heart, Michigan is..(South of Legs Inn in Cross Village, another example of niche marketing)….Besides the bakery, there isn’t much there….But that’s where you have to go for the best raspberry pie in the universe…The even have a little red heart carved in the middle of the crust….The other pies are only the best on the planet…
