    Actually, this is one of my philosophies of life that has allowed me to get along with folks that others have major problems with. I word it more like ā€œCut ā€˜em some slack, you donā€™t know what their life has been like.ā€

    One incident Iā€™m quite proud of is when a Secretary was complaining to me about her boss ā€œbelittlingā€ her about her work. I suggested she try to just not react and ignore his gibes, like water off a duckā€™s back. Later she told me it had worked so well that he stopped doing it!
