Actually, this is one of my philosophies of life that has allowed me to get along with folks that others have major problems with. I word it more like āCut āem some slack, you donāt know what their life has been like.ā
One incident Iām quite proud of is when a Secretary was complaining to me about her boss ābelittlingā her about her work. I suggested she try to just not react and ignore his gibes, like water off a duckās back. Later she told me it had worked so well that he stopped doing it!
