Hammie did not exaggerate. While it is not possible to scream one’s lungs out, it would be easily possible to run Zoe’s lungs over with a bicycle if they were to somehow separate from the body. And Hammie clearly meant what he’d said. Therefore, Zoe is the only exaggerator.
