I think that’s off-model Chinese knockoff Shelley Winters and Tim Jones in the last panel. (Not to be confused with Shelby Winner, the off-model American knockoff Shelley Winters.) They’re close to the real thing, but… not quite.

Anyways, Shelley’s in London and owns a Maserati, so I’m not sure why she’d be wandering around on foot in Lottie’s neighborhood. Tim’s in Wales and has a wife (Riley, Ryan’s sister) who doesn’t like him coming back to Tackleford because it gives him funny ideas, so in interest of domestic tranquility, I don’t think he’d be here at all.

Colin seems to have lost all purpose in life. I’m afraid he might fall victim to another Odkurzacz and truly become the next Night Creeper. Or that he may become one of the many who disappeared into the river. Lottie should go after him to avoid these possibilities.

My eyesight just isn’t sharp enough – what’s the album Lottie is holding?

John Allison is incredibly talented. Some of his strips literally break my heart.
