    The owner is there way too often for it to be a chain. I will agree that there’s more like 7 or 8 people here, and there might even be one other store in this or a nearby town, but the total workforce of a mom and pop shop like this is well under 50. (Otherwise he’d have been subject to a lot of other law violations in the past as many people have pointed out.)
