I covered many overseas suppliers during 3-week trips, and wrote the basic trip report before I departed the USA; I made sure (without lying) that results met the report’s objectives. Gracie can probably do the same with her diary. As IBM says, “PLAN AHEAD!”.

Gracie must have it very structured and live according to it. But she leaves spaces for added material. She thinks ahead.
