Someone had little imagination when it came to names for their kids, it seems. Of course better than Apple or Lordes, I think.

Their days were numbered.

She had nothing on some of the names parents saddle their kids with.

In my grandparent’s generation the custom of looking to an almanac was the convenient way to find a name for a child. So my father’s playmates had names like Leovigildo and Guaneljel.

figured it was like primary in English so figured then that his sister was born first.

In my dorm in university I had a suitemate who went by the nickname Vee. His full name was Henry Howard Harrison the 5th, his dad was called Fourth by the family.
