I believe Wallace is about to reply along the lines of “Because I have a brain larger than a belt buckle!” But if he’s smart, he’ll keep that nugget to himself.
Easy for Mickey to be congenial….he’s not the one paying the mortgage. These human pack leaders do it all…they’re great hunters, who kill huge bags of kibble and drag it home….and every night they fill his bowl.Of course, their food is better…but that’s to be expected…and anyway, they both always give him some later, and tell each other they didn’t.
They’ve found magnificent shelter, and give him a warm bed to sleep on, inside it…and they even bought him a little hat!Yep.Mickey likes it here.Wallace, on the other hand, has to worry about the furnace…and about how much that new water pump is gonna cost and whether that old Taurus is worth it….plus eat that weird tuna broccoli casserole Edna just invented…. and carry in that #@%&! fifty pound bag of kibble. Congenial, she says!Ptoooie!

I looked at the code for your post to see why x_Tech didn’t include the link you were trying to post, along with the instructions for the code.
He would usually do that..and so would I.But it looks like none of your attempts included the URL (the web address) of the page at all…Can’t help cos I can’t guess where you wanted the link to go…but you can do it yourself with the code X posted.
Usually, pets are reflective of their owners personalities but in this case Mickey in no way resembles Grouchy Gus Grumperson whose dour expression is permanently etched on his frowning face. His pessimistic personality is perpetually projected in pout and pique.
Mickey does favor happy, hopeful Harriet who still believes that after thirty years of marriage that she can turn Gus’ dyspepsia to joy.
