Of course he is. There’s no room inside for a rumination rug.

In a moment Bertha will toss out Ben’s rumination rocker just to make the night complete.

Ben likes a rume with a view.

Ben’s ruminating that it’s a shame his rug isn’t a flying carpet.

Ben, my friend. If the wife is going to kick you outside for this, I think you should at least start smoking a pipe. Just as an aide to quiet reflection, to calm your jangled nerves, to give you something simple and repetitive to lower your heart rate and focus your mind. And you’re outside anyway, so why not light up?!

Ben, you left your pens inside! Is that a key to heavy rumination?

And what are these little white shapes sprinkled around the scene?

Ben should be thinking about getting a rocking chair for his ruminations.

Ben should really ration his rumination or he’s gonna kill the grass.

It’ll be the rumination of Ben.

Ben needs a cow partner to ruminate with.

From the look at that gut, what Ben needs is a Runner Rug.

Next comes Ben tipping.

After which, he’ll be making a formal statement from the Crapola Carpet (it’s just like the one in the Oval Office…).

It really ties the rumination together.

To all of my ballard neighbors and friends. Ijust have not be visitin much lately. I am well enough though. Neck hurts but the stroke thing is ever present.
