Steve used to be a fake flying squirrel enthusiast, until Shirley grounded him.

Steve was Shirley meant to be with her.

They named it “Chris Moose” so they could decorate it for a few days in December.

I hope it’s not near a window. Some lunatic with a rifle may mistake it for the infamous Black Buck of Ballard Street.

They must both be alums of Wossamotta U.

In Ballard there is someone for everyone….has anybody seen a zillionare around?

The Shaggertons will soon install a squeeze bulb horn at the base — so they can honk to signal when one of them is on the horns of a dilemma.

The enthusiasm is unrequited on the Moose’s part however. He is giving serious thought (for a moose) of hopping off his pedestal, busting through the wall, and escaping.

Shirley and Steve are cover names. They are really Boris and Natasha

The symbol of the moose has brought them a sense of friendly persuasion!

True, and this one has recently won a blue ribbon prize for the best fake moose. Made Shirley and Steve very proud and the envy of the neighbours.

They communicate through os-mooses.

Unfortunately, one of them is into “fake moose” and the other is into “fake enthusiasm”. :)
