Another anachronistic cartoon cliche: the propeller beanie.

That Nose/Moustache combo is a cliche as-well. Or was it NOT meant to-be in only one Panel?

I’m still insisting that the artist in this cartoon likes to draw in Art Deco style.

Is Dr. Leaky’s assistant still “U. P. Atknight”?
