From today onward, whenever I hear someone say “Celiac Disease”, in my brain, I’m immediately going to picture a Yak in a Pink Tutu.

This whole toon is very silly yakking.

Reminds me of the name “Haile Selassie”… Every time I hear or read it, it comes out “Hail, silly assy!” ッ

I’m amazed how many people I know that are convinced they have a gluten problem but can’t really tell you why. The ‘gluten free’ people have carved out a nice little niche for themselves.

Also, I understand some gluten is free.
