    I like the coffee, chocolate and cheese diet, I call it the the three C’s or the CCC Diet.

    I have a neighbor who also thinks diet meals are supposed to help her lose weight, the more she eats the more she looses.Doesn’t seem to be working for some reason, though, as she continues to enlarge with every meal.

    Thanks, that makes sense, I knew about the Great Depression, but not the details, I’m from the UK so it is not something that is close to my heart like it must be for you and your family. Hard times like that although tough must have instilled them with great character, and it is good they have fun stories and memories from those times too.

    I keep reading conflicting articles, so I decided to go with both high-fat/low-carb and high-carb/low-fat diets to cover all the bases.

    To lose weight all you have to do is cut out alcohol, bread products, pastry, pasta, ice cream, candy, cookies, cake, fruit drinks, cola drinks and all that sugar.
