How would you like to be a 14 year old girl and have your father order Lady Soup…………….split pea.It’s a wonder I’m here, I died so many times.

I need to make some pea soup. Will have leftover ham from Easter in a couple of weeks. I do it in a slowcooker. Yum!

Never trust a anyone who cooks carrots and peas in the same pot.

Split pea soup is one of those I would always buy at the grocery store. So much better than something that has chunky tomatoes (ycck!) in it.

In a similar manner, my father used to mock the old Tea Industry ad line, “Take Tea and See.”
