These debates are ridiculous. The moderator should make them follow the rules they agreed to and should press them to actually answer the question asked instead of making a politicl statement.
Until recently I thought it was more useful to read the transcripts of presidential debates than actually watch them. Now I realize that would be like downloading the text from a Punch and Judy puppet show. Now, I watch first, then read their words. And I say, give the candidates slapsticks to let them give emphasis to their words. And cartoon sound effects!
The moderator was wrong, though. I could understand them both when they talked over each other. She should watch more movies by Howard Hawks and Robert Altman.
