We live in a north climate so after snow plows do their thing, trucks lay down sand and gravel to provide traction. Next snow, the plows push it all with the snow to the side of the road. After a melt, the gravel remains. It can get ugly.
I am glad to find out what he was talking about. Here in Georgia we don’t have or need salt, etc. Any snow just melts, mostly overnight. Y’all have a fun winter, ya hear?
I retract earlier statement about loss of icons on right end of comic strips and missing comments access. All are present on spouse’s pc. and on laptop.
Obvious glitch in desktop pc software, especially since recent firefox update.
