I recently saw the words “Iris Rhizomes” and wondered who she was before realizing it was an ad for a sale of iris root-stock.
Yeah, but then Hyacinth would be your sister and then think of all the trouble you would have keeping up appearances.
The funny part is usually you can’t get anyone that wants to run for office in the garden clubs….competition doesn’t even figure in.
