I didn’t get many tomatoes this year. But: salads and freezer. When I get an abundance (more than I can eat) I give them away and freeze them. Then, come winter add some beef ribs, and a variety of veggies. It’s soup time with plenty of that to freeze for later.

You can never have too many tomatoes

It could be Greek salad, Italian mozzarela and tomato salad, French Nicoise salad…

can them with some onions and okra and make soup mix for the winter, or pass them on to your neighbors

I’ll take some! Make italian sausage with a spaghetti sauce and pizza for the grandkids. Also there’s stew and etoufee.

I think it was Bob’s Big Boy used to have spaghetti with chili. Had it a few times and enjoyed it. I like all 3 of Liv’s meals she’s serving Ben.

Poor Ben! A loving wife who cooks delicious meals and grows her own tomato’s saving on the grocery bill. #YOUPOORTHINGYOU!

Dad did offer some tomatoes to my aunt, who can’t eat them due to the acid. I’ll be freezing a lot of sauce and such (from my vines)
