It doesn’t torture me not to be on social media. Unless you include comics comments. Giving that up I wouldn’t like.

I can usually find something to keep me busy if my Internet goes down, but I do get “antsy”. It’s unpleasant to not be connected…

I was emailed both Tuesday’s and Monday’s strip, re: Facebook. Everybody else?

I have a Facebook account but it is set so private that even I am not allowed to see anything on it. :-)

I do have an account and about once a month I sign in to keep it active. I have never found anything worth doing with it. Husband is on and anything from relatives or friends he tells me about. When I commented that I don’t get it he said to me “What about your best friends from when you young – wouldn’t you like to talk to them again?” I stared at him. He knows that I was the kid everyone picked on. Only friends I had were my younger sisters – and the middle one used to beat me up. I was fat, too smart, wore eyeglasses and was (and still am) a weird kid. (Husband likes me weird.) I liked things other kids did not and did not like what the others liked. I tend to think differently than other people (I get to ask husband if when I don’t understand something it is me or just something that makes no sense.) I seemed to talk in non sequiturs – better at not doing so now, but still do. Books and dolls were my friends.

Anything I am interested in that I look up on Facebook is not there and anything that is there I am not interested in. So, I don’t use it.
