We have lived in this house for over 30 years – no trick or treaters in all those years. I am guessing reason for same is that it is 4 lane main street and not conducive to knowing one’s neighbors – we know the people in the house on each side of us and that is all. Back then they were each older people (maybe the age we are now) – no children.
Before the house we lived in apartment. Once in the 10 years we lived there we had 2 preteen girls come trick or treating together. There were no children in the small apartment complex, which is why I figure we had no other ones.
