    Oooohhh! I’ve never felt sorry for Betty until today. I know she can rise above jealousy and feel happy for her friend’s success. Aaaand, proactively start looking for work elsewhere.

    I agree with Terri on this one. Some aspect of their relationship will fail either their professional relationship or their personal friendship or both. I’ve seen it happen first hand.

    Doesn’t matterr how well you know the person or how much you’re friends. Just walking into one of those exeutive offices can be unnerving. At least for the first half dozen times.
