    I’m currently working my way through about 70 Remo Williams/Destroyer books.Hasn’t helped my weight loss program one bit.

    when he’s reading he’s not sitting in front of a TV stuffing his face when chips, popcorn and beer. Losing weight is thus a no-brainer.

    I, too, read Doc Savage books in my teens/early 20s. There was another one as well (maybe the Avenger?) who could mold his face into anyone else’s. He was left with facial paralysis and totally white hair after bad guys killed his family. Anyone remember who he was?

    OMG! My Hubby has at least 30 of those! Or more, now stowed away in our attic! Still in mint condition though he has read them MULTIPLE times!
