I, too, read Doc Savage books in my teens/early 20s. There was another one as well (maybe the Avenger?) who could mold his face into anyone else’s. He was left with facial paralysis and totally white hair after bad guys killed his family. Anyone remember who he was?

Well, if reading equals weight loss, Hubby and I ought to be skin and bones. But he’s right about improved vocabulary and modes of expression.

I invented the e-book because Cheeto’s make it difficult to read into the center of paperbacks.

when he’s reading he’s not sitting in front of a TV stuffing his face when chips, popcorn and beer. Losing weight is thus a no-brainer.
