The hardest thing I have ever done is lose weight. Got to goal with Weight Watchers twice in my life. Lost 100 pounds in 7 months when I was 18, gained it back plus, then lost 143 pounds in 18 months when I was 28-29. Gained it all back plus and in 2003 got up to my highest weight ever – 370 lbs. Casually worked at it and finally got down to 253 pounds on the morning of my left hip replacement surgery on 11/16/15. Unfortunately, I succumbed to the usual holiday temptations and have gained back 17 lbs. Trying to get back on my program but it is hard. Sorry for such a long story, just wanted to empathize with Bud.

Then I’m screwed. I’m on a diet to lose weight and I don’t own a table.

I try to lose the weight by holding off on eating, but instead I end up losing the wait.

For men and their metabolism, that is much more true than you think…
