Is this a meal box for poor people?

My daughter has done this on occasion. They’ve been pretty good but certainly not cheap.
Kincaid is the giant skeleton guy from a few weeks ago. And he may have been mentioned before that. But have we ever met him? Is Kincaid really a jerk, or is Bub just jealous that Kincaid has the best stuff?
