They always treat substitutes like trash. But the funny thing is some substitutes are cool. There was this substitute that gave out all the answers to a quiz before getting fired.

Such a shame Pierce portrays them as doormats and pushes the stereotype.

I really don’t like subs. No offense to any individual one personally, but classes barely get anything done with them.

50% of newly minted teachers, whether fresh from school or entering teaching from a previous career, will leave by their 5th year. 50% of those left will leave after 10 years and by the time you get to 25 years in the profession you will be down to about 5% left of those who started those years ago.

It’s the 3rd week of June people! Monday is when Prank day starts! What will Nate pull this time? Pull out your guesses!

From Temp to Sub. What a carreer.

My class with a sub is way worse, Two Stupid kids make the loudest noise possible and fart noises they talk like there 900 meters away from each other An disrupt the teacher every chance they got. I hate my class.

I swear, if I was her, I’d scream at that class, and later tell them how much I wanted the class to be fun.
