I know one couple that have separate houses next to each other. For them, a long and happy relationship. NO discussions about loading the dishwasher and hanging the toilet paper ‘properly’.

Well distance does make the heart grow fonder.

I suggested to Husband that we buy a tiny beach house, and take turns staying there :)

I’ve known a few couples like this. They have a great time when they’re together, but they love their time apart.
