Comics That Prove Mowing Lawns Is The Worst
by The GoComics TeamA perfectly manicured lawn is an aspirational dead end. Sure, anyone who has ever been on a golf course, football field or another premium grassy surface understands the seduction of ideal turf. At their finest, lawns are nature's carpet -- a biological rug that's pleasing to the eye and soothing to the foot. In real life, however, keeping even, weed-free grass is tantamount to hosting with a parasite. Lawns demand copious amounts of water, fertilizer, gas (for a mower), various pesticides (organic or otherwise) and the worst thing -- time. Think of all the hours a luscious lawn demands from the human lifespan, and during some of the most brutal months of the year! Face it, mowing lawns is the worst.
Stay cool and read these comics as you ponder replacing your grass with a nice maintenance-free rock garden.
