Every Dog will have his day, and good dogs will have two. I never did quite understand why an insurance company would want cartoon characters as company symbols.Always reminded me of the phrase “Mickey Mouse Outfit” to describe a poorly run business.

I wonder what Snoopy and the gang got when Ford dropped them.

Jeanne Schulz needs a new house. Charles Schulz is the richest dead cartoonist in the world.

Personally, if I had a comic strip, I would lease my characters out to appear on tee shirts and calendars and lunch boxes (I still have my old “Peanuts” lunch box!), and pajamas and Halloween costumes and things like that. But I would never use them to sell other irrelevant products like insurance or cars or fast food chains or things like that.
