This pin touched more than a nerve. I’ve been distracted by our Bought Budget and the occasional news bit of the fires coming under control in Southern California. To be reminded in such an understated manner wrenched this particular heart.
Wondering if Berkeley Breathed lives in the Santa Barbara Ventura counties area. Saying we feel Santa Rosa (Sonoma counties). Because we do we do indeed. Two weeks ago Here in Lompoc we were downwind from the fire (50 + away ) and it was dark all day from the smoke

Have a couple of friends who were evacuated. They thought it’d just be a couple of days, but it got extended. They were lucky though. Only had a couple of tiles singed.

The smoke gets in my eyes, but both those guys are plenty strange, both in looks and in actions. Let them romp together!
