Men were not known for longevity in my family; my grandfathers and great uncles didn’t live to see 70. When my dad turned 70, I cried and cried, thinking he had one foot in the grave. He’s turning 90 in 2 months, and is still in great health & fairly active…doesn’t even need a cane.
