Well, he’s on the ventilator, but we can only hope that Doc don’t give him cutting edge remdesiver, or this comic will stop dead in its tracks. But, I suppose one never nose what one does, does one…
I remember my grandfather wearing a hear aid in his shirt pocket. It was the size of a very thick cell phone. I clearly remember him sitting in a chair being being confronted by his four 30ish daughters over some issue and very pointedly reaching over an turning OFF his hearing aid. He was about 80 at the time and I was about 3 and I though that was the coolest thing.

A wind-up key, a train whistle, one of those wheels that seals up submarine doors…..and good sound effects.

Reminds me of the artificial heart that kept Barney Clark alive for a few months in the early ’80s.

The artificial nose was first tested on Jerry Mahoney and Knucklehead Smiff.

I hope the artificial nose has wheels, so Opus can easily push or pull it around with him. In any case, small spaces are going to be difficult.

Wasn’t it just a month ago that they managed to restore his “surgically improved” nose? I know it’s just a comic, but really.

My son lost most of his nose to cancer. The plastic surgeon was able to recreate his nose to where it’s difficult to see any difference.
