1. Darline wasn’t a cabbage. She was a cauliflower. And any man here who asperses her honor will have to answer in blood…

2. That was the best weekend of my life. Felix is a feline of understated depth and verve. A sage, a modern day philosopher prince….who just also happens to be a heroin addict. Ditto Garfield, although his vice was lasagna, not horse. (That photo is actually us after we got kicked out of that Italian restaurant)

3. Liz and I have a deep friendship to this very day. We made a pact at that center: if any of us backslid, we’d hold each other accountable. She had sworn off midnight snacks, so I took it upon myself to remind her of her commitment. You wanna know how many times she sprayed ME?
