Lay on your back on your bed and ‘hang’ your head and shoulders over the edge. Bring your arms over your head. Stay like for a little bit. That should ease the issue. I’m not an expert, but I have back issues and this is what I have done.

I got a solution….maybe…..take one leg and bend it, now swing it over the other leg and touch the floor. Repeat with other leg.
