I found X once. If they lost it again, that’s not my problem. Seriously, it would make a lot more sense to teach the things you might actually need to know in real life—how to determine the sq ft in a room, how to use the formula to make a square corner, how to add up a grocery bill, etc. From what I see in the movies, people who do sciencey things need to know more math than that— so let them take those courses. I’m sure the classes would be more effective if they only taught the people who actually have an interest.
