Riley: One: hate at least twenty percent less playa, twenty percent more game. Two: talk less or not at all. Three: learn to appreciate the brilliance of Nelly... Huey: Goodbye. Riley: Four: cut hair. Okay, granddad made me put that one in...
Riley really surprises me. His first bit of advice is highly cerebral, and probably wise. His second one is perfectly simple, and beautifully Zen. His third one is even simpler, and downright stupid. And the last one is banal, but excusable as Grand-dad’s (since when is Riley so obedient about something like that?).
All in all, the young man is all over the map. And I thought there was really no more life in him than Huey always said. … Wow.
