The first appearance of Wolverine was Hulk #181 (though technically, he had a cameo in #180). That should still worth a lot by collectors even if it’s not in near-mint condition.
Generally speaking, anything from the 80’s and later wouldn’t be worth as much as stuff from before. Unless you find a specific collector willing to pay as much, most retailers will only pay $5-10 for a long box of them.
