None of us has forgotten the noble beginnings of your career, including the pro-Black-woman anthem "Ladies First," over a decade ago. Oh, how the mighty hath fallen... You should be aware that if you do not cease and desist with embarrassing and stereotypical movie roles, the Council will have no choice but to rename you "Whoopi" Latifah.

While the Whoopster’s movie roles have (The Color Purple excepted) and talk-show decline have indeed been, at best, questionable, in her main gig (stand-up comedy) she is brilliant; far more intellectual, talented, and powerfully relevant than Q.L. could ever dream of being.
