And today is a new paid holiday for federal workers.

And have more paid days off than work days?

… isn’t there an old saying; “good enough for government work”??

more importantly, though, is your ability to keep people using a telephone to call us, on hold……

I was happy to get four seven hour days from most.

I doubt that the cartoon is accurate.

This definitely applies to the Gov’s political appointees, but not so much to the rank and file civil servant. There are gold bricks in most work places…not just Gov.
