This appears to be a Millineal take on post-modern-pop art. I can see what the artist meant to say but the hesitation apparent in his brush strokes suggest an unwillingness to be bold in his assertion i.e. “McDonald’s coffee is hot, and if you spill it in your lap be prepared for some spicy language”.
