A hair-raising thought

I think it’s a cat.

A hyper-competent mime.

My former landlord had a cat about that size… an alley cat that he adopted while working in the Middle East. (That was back before strict importation rules.)

The comic Tumbleweeds was one of my all-time favorites. You had the main character, Hildegarde Hamhocker, Claude Clay Undertaker (“You plug ’em, we plant ’em”) and so many more.

It would be great if this site could add this strip to its great collection.

Apparently you have never heard of the Tasmanian Devil.

No. That’s the huge ball of yarn for the enormous cat.

Tumbleweeds are an invasive species in the western US.

For our own peace of mind, let’s go with tumbleweed.

Or someone has a Great Pyrenees. Trust me.

at the Berkeley Pit in Butte, Montana was a big shaggy dog they nicknamed “the auditor”… interesting story… look it up!
