I gotta level with you, it’s the plane truth, I used to watch “The Router Limits” and “Screwed..” And yes, I was always spreading glue, trying to keep it all together. And remember that old saw, the “Moral of the Lathe…” One good turn deserves another.
Strippers! What cans! Rub it in, don’t brush ‘em off. Watch’ em peel. You’ll end up scraping and wiping it up. Gets the job done faster than Sandy but be careful! They can leave you with a burning sensation if you haven’t got protection. And remember not to get too deep into it – you’ll have ruined it if they take too much off. Remember, almost every one of ‘em can get you into a toxic situation. Wash your hands of’ em when your finished with ‘em. Don’t just dump them, there are others who’ll pick them up when you’re done. They’re not something you’d usually brag about but they’re great to keep around for getting it off when you need to get the job done quick and easy. Some of ’em even work overnight!

You know there’s going to be a strategically-placed staple. Pay attention to how those joints work.

A briar burl could get you hot. But you’d have to light it first.
